Terms & Conditions
1. The District at SkyCity’s State of Origin Game 3 2025 Jersey Giveaway (Competition) is run by SkyCity Adelaide Pty Ltd trading as The District at SkyCity (ABN 72 082 362 061) (SkyCity Adelaide).
2. Participation in the Competition means acceptance of these terms and conditions and confirms acceptance to participate in any reasonable publicity or advertising that SkyCity Adelaide may request, including photographs and use of your image for promotional purposes.
3. Eligibility
3.1. Entrants must be 18 years or older to enter the Competition.
3.2. Employees of SkyCity Adelaide are not eligible to enter the Competition.
3.3. Entry into the Competition opens on Wednesday, 9th of July 2025 at 7:35pm (ACST) and closes on Wednesday 9th of July 2025 at 10:00pm (ACST).
3.4. To enter, eligible entrants must:
(a) Fill out a giveaway entry card in person at The District at SkyCity, during Game 3 of the 2025 State of Origin game on Wednesday the 9th of July (ie, between 7:35pm and 10:00pm on Wednesday, 9 July 2025); and
(b) Place the completed entry card into the designated barrel located within the District at SkyCity.
3.5. Strictly one entry per person.
3.6. SkyCity Adelaide reserves the right to invalidate any entries which it reasonably suspects contains false, misleading, incorrect or fraudulent information.
3.7. Any and all costs incurred by way of entering or participating in the Competition are the sole responsibility of the entrant.
4. Prizes & Giveaway Mechanic
4.1. There will be two (2) entry cards drawn from the designated barrel by SkyCity Adelaide on Thursday the 10th of July at 10:00am (ACST). The owners of those entry cards will, subject to any other clause in these terms and conditions, receive one of the following prizes:
(a) 1 x NSW Blues State of Origin 2025 Men’s Home Jersey Blue in a size large (retails for $159.99); or
(b) 1 x QLD Maroons State of Origin 2025 Men’s Home Jersey Maroon in a size large (retails for $179.99).
4.2. The total prize pool is valued at $339.98 AUD.
4.3. On the entry card, each entrant will be asked to tick a box next to the name of one of the two teams:
(a) New South Wales Blues (NSW) or
(b) Queensland Maroons (QL
to indicate which of the two jerseys they would like to win.
4.4. Entrants are required to provide the following personal details on the entry card so they can be contacted if they win:
(a) Full name;
(b) Date of birth
(c) Phone number.
(d) Email address
4.5. Cards will be drawn from the barrel until there is one card that has a tick next to the box for New South Wales Blues and another that has a tick next to the box for the Queensland Maroons. If a card is drawn and includes a tick next to a jersey that has already been won, then a re-draw will take place until a card that includes a tick next to the other jersey is drawn.
4.6. Once the winners have been determined SkyCity Adelaide will, within 7 days of the date of the draw,notify the winners via a phone call.
4.7. If an owner of the drawn card does not answer or reply to the phone call within 3 days of it taking place, then their prize will be deemed unclaimed, and a re-draw may take place. Results of the random draw are final and no discussion as to the results will be entered into.
4.8. The prize is not redeemable for cash and is not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
4.9. SkyCity Adelaide practices the responsible service of alcohol. Redemption of the prize is subject to compliance with applicable laws, regulations and codes (including, but not limited to, responsible service of alcohol requirements). Drawn entry card owners may be required to produce valid photo identification in order to verify their identity and age.
4.10. A list of the drawn prizes and the winner of those prizes will be published on the SkyCity Adelaide website for at least 7 days after the date of the draw.
5. General Terms and Conditions
5.1. If for any reason any aspect of this Competition is not capable of running as planned, SkyCity Adelaide may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition (including any aspect of the Competition) subject to the approval of the relevant gaming authority, if required.
5.2. SkyCity Adelaide is not liable for any loss, damage or personal injury which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or sustained in connection with this Competition, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
5.3. This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with the State of Origin. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Competition must be directed to SkyCity Adelaide.
5.4. SkyCity Adelaide will not offer this promotion as an inducement directed at encouraging patrons to consume alcohol in line with relevant state liquor authorities.
5.5. SkyCity Adelaide will not offer this promotion as an inducement directed at encouraging patrons to gamble in line with relevant state gambling authorities.
