THE DISTRICT’S GOLF TICKET GIVEAWAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The District’s Golf Ticket Giveaway (Competition) is run by SkyCity Adelaide Pty Ltd trading as The District (ABN 72 082 362 061) (SkyCity).
2. Entry into the Competition means that the entrant warrants that they have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
3. This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook or LIV Golf.

Eligibility

4. Entrants must be 18 years or older to enter the Competition. Employees of SkyCity are not eligible to enter the Competition.
5. The Competition opens on Wednesday, 5 February at 5:00pm and closes immediately before the final draw on Wednesday, 12 February 2025 at 9:00am.
6. In order to participate in the Competition, you must use a publicly accessible (not private) Instagram account or Facebook account which can receive direct messages.
7. To enter, eligible entrants must:

a) Like the Competition post either on Instagram or Facebook; and

b) Tag 3 friends in the comment section of the Competition post.

8. Strictly one entry per person.
9. SkyCity reserves the right to invalidate any entries which it reasonably suspects contains false, misleading, incorrect or fraudulent information.
10. Any and all costs incurred by way of entry or participating in the Competition are the sole responsibility of the entrant.

Prizes

11. One (1) winner will receive a prize pack containing:

a) 4 x Grounds Pass Tickets to LIV Golf for Friday 14 February, Saturday 15 February, and Sunday 16 February 2025 (valued at $1,458)

b) 1 x $500 drink voucher to use at The District at any time over the LIV Golf weekend (14–16 February 2025); and

c) 1 x signed LIV Golf pick Flag (Estimated value $500)

12. The winner will be electronically drawn at random by SkyCity on Wednesday, 12 February 2025 at 9:00am.
13. Once the winner has been determined at the draw date above, they will be notified via a direct message from the SkyCity account which published the relevant Competition post by midday. If the winner does not reply to this direct message within 24 hours of receiving the message, then the prize will be deemed unclaimed, and a re-draw may take place.
14. Results of the random draw are final and no discussion as to the results will be entered into.
15. The prize is not redeemable for cash and is not valid in conjunction with any other offer. SkyCity practices the responsible service of alcohol. Redemption of the prize is subject to compliance with applicable laws, regulations and codes (including, but not limited to, responsible service of alcohol requirements). The winner of the prize may be required to produce valid photo identification in order to verify their identity and age.
16. A list of the drawn prizes and the winner of those prizes will be published on the SkyCity Adelaide website for at least 7 days after the date of the draw.

General Terms and Conditions

17. Total value of all prizes in the Competition is $2,458.
18. If for any reason any aspect of this Competition is not capable of running as planned, SkyCity may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition (including any aspect of the Competition) subject to the approval of the relevant gaming authority, if required.
19. Participation in the Competition means acceptance of these terms and conditions and confirms acceptance to participate in any reasonable publicity or advertising that SkyCity may request, including photographs and use of your image for promotional purposes.
20. SkyCity is not liable for any loss, damage or personal injury which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or sustained in connection with this Competition, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
