Terms & Conditions

 

1. The District at SkyCity’s Joaquin Niemann Lucky Draw (Competition) is run by SkyCity Adelaide Pty Ltd trading as The District at SkyCity (ABN 72 082 362 061) (SkyCity Adelaide).
2. Participation in the Competition means acceptance of these terms and conditions and confirms acceptance to participate in any reasonable publicity or advertising that SkyCity Adelaide may request, including photographs and use of your image for promotional purposes.

 

Eligibility

3. Patrons must be 18 years or older to enter the Competition.
4. Employees of SkyCity Adelaide are not eligible to enter the Competition.
5. Entry into the Competition is only open to patrons who:
   a) are physically in attendance at The District at SkyCity’s Joaquin Niemann event held on Tuesday 10 February 2026 (Event); and
   b)have been issued and complete a Lucky Draw entry card in accordance with these terms & conditions.

 

6. To enter, eligible patrons must:
7. attend the Event;
8. complete a Lucky Draw entry card with their details on it (including clearly writing their full name and email address on the card); and
9. place the completed Lucky Draw entry card into the designated barrel located within The District at SkyCity prior to the relevant draw.

 

7. Limit of one (1) entry per person. Incomplete or illegible entries may be deemed invalid by SkyCity Adelaide at its discretion.

 

8. SkyCity Adelaide reserves the right to invalidate any entries which it reasonably suspects contain false, misleading, incorrect or fraudulent information.

 

9. All costs incurred by way of entering or participating in the Competition are the sole responsibility of the entrant.

 

Prizes & Giveaway Mechanic

10. There will be one (1) Lucky Draw entry card drawn from the designated barrel on Tuesday, 10 February 2026 at the conclusion of the Event.

 

11. The drawn winner will, subject to any other clause in these terms and conditions, receive two (2) General Admission tickets to LIV Golf Adelaide with an approximate value of $124 (Prize).

 

12. The Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash and is not valid in conjunction with any other offer.

 

13. The winner will be announced on the day of the Event in the venue. The winner must be present at the time the announcement is made and must present themselves to the SkyCity Adelaide staff member who made the announcement within 2 minutes of the announcement being made to claim their Prize.

 

14. If the drawn ticket owner does not present themselves within the stipulated timeframe then a re-draw will take place.

 

15. Winners may be required to produce valid photo identification to verify their identity and age before claiming their Prize.

 

General Terms and Conditions

16. If for any reason any aspect of this Competition is not capable of running as planned, SkyCity Adelaide may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition (including any aspect of the Competition).

 

17. SkyCity Adelaide accepts no responsibility for tickets that are lost, stolen or damaged beyond legibility.

 

18. Winners’ details (last name, initial of first name and postcode) will be published on the SkyCity Adelaide website on or before 13 February 2026.

 

19. SkyCity Adelaide is not liable for any loss, damage or personal injury which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or sustained in connection with this Competition, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
