Terms & Conditions

 

1. The District at SkyCity’s AFL Grand Final 2025 Handball Target Draw (Competition) is run by SkyCity Adelaide Pty Ltd trading as The District at SkyCity (ABN 72 082 362 061) (SkyCity Adelaide).

 

2. Participation in the Competition means acceptance of these terms and conditions and confirms acceptance to participate in any reasonable publicity or advertising that SkyCity Adelaide may request, including photographs and use of your image for promotional purposes.

 

Eligibility

3. Patrons must be 18 years or older to enter the Competition.

 

4. Employees of SkyCity Adelaide are not eligible to enter the Competition.

 

5. Entry into the Competition is only open to patrons who hold a valid ticket to The District at SkyCity’s AFL Grand Final 2025 event on Saturday, 27 September 2025 (Eligible Ticket).

 

6. To enter, eligible entrants must:

 

1. complete a Handball Draw entry card with their details on Saturday, 27 September 2025; and

 

1. place the completed Handball Draw entry card into the designated barrel within The District at SkyCity prior to the relevant draw.

 

7. SkyCity Adelaide reserves the right to invalidate any entries which it reasonably suspects contain false, misleading, incorrect or fraudulent information.

 

8. All costs incurred by way of entering or participating in the Competition are the sole responsibility of the entrant.

 

Prizes & Giveaway Mechanic

9. Three (3) Handball Draw entry cards will be drawn at random from the designated barrel by SkyCity Adelaide on Saturday, 27 September 2025 during the AFL Grand Final event at half time.

 

10. The drawn entrants will, subject to any other clause in these terms and conditions, be invited on stage at half time of the AFL Grand Final to compete in a handball skill challenge, as judged by the appointed MC.

 

11. The participant with the highest score in the handball challenge will select their preferred prize from the three prizes available. The second highest scorer will select from the two remaining prizes. The third participant will receive the remaining prize.

 

12. The prizes available are:

 

• 1 x Sherrin Football (valued at $159.99 AUD);
• 1 x Brisbane Lions Guernsey (valued at $84.95 AUD); and
• 1 x Geelong Cats Guernsey (valued at $84.95 AUD).

 

13. The total prize pool is valued at $329.89 AUD.

 

14. The prize is not exchangeable or redeemable for cash and is not valid in conjunction with any other offer.

 

15. The drawn ticket owners will be announced on the day of the event in venue. The winner must be present at the time the announcement is made and must present themselves to the MC within 2 minutes of the announcement being made to claim their prize. Failure to be present will result in a re-draw.

 

16. Winners may be required to produce valid photo identification in order to verify their identity and age.

 

General Terms and Conditions

17. If for any reason any aspect of this Competition is not capable of running as planned, SkyCity Adelaide may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition (including any aspect of the Competition).

 

18. SkyCity Adelaide is not liable for any loss, damage or personal injury which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or sustained in connection with this Competition, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

 

19. SkyCity Adelaide accepts no responsibility for tickets that are lost, stolen or damaged beyond legibility.

 

20. Winners’ details (last name, initial of first name and postcode) will be published on the SkyCity Adelaide website before 30 September 2025.

 

21. This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with the AFL. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Competition must be directed to SkyCity Adelaide.
